What is EZ Pool Biller?
EZ Pool Biller is pool service management software that started with billing and has grown into a complete platform for route-based pool companies. It combines recurring billing, autopay, route optimization, chemical tracking, and a technician mobile app
The platform is aimed at keeping technicians accountable and the office out of paperwork. Technicians follow required checklists and take photos before leaving a stop, record chemical readings with LSI calculations and dosing recommendations, and work offline when signal drops.
Payroll, inventory, and a customer portal are built in, along with QuickBooks Online sync.
