What is Dip?
Dip is pool service software built for pool companies and the pool owners they serve. The Dip App is sold as a single plan priced per company that includes every feature, including its Smart Routes route optimization, with no per-user or per-pool fees.
For pool companies, Dip covers scheduling and rescheduling, assigning jobs to technicians, and customer records with notes and photos. Billing generates invoices automatically, takes card and ACH payments in the app, and supports estimates customers can approve with a deposit, which then become work orders.
In the field, technicians log chemical readings with an LSI calculator, add notes and photos, and send the customer a report by app and email with readings, notes, photos, and the next service date. Customers also get on-the-way and pre-service alerts.
Customers use the same app to view up to 12 months of service and chemistry history, pay invoices, request extra services, and message their pool company.
